Job Summary

• The Commercial Compliance Strategy & Operations Lead works closely with the Head of Commercial Compliance to support, refine, and operationalize regional commercial compliance strategy, ensuring compliance expectations are clearly translated into daily business practices.
• This role establishes effective feedback loops to surface field insights and business challenges, and to inform and support continuous improvements in compliance design, processes, and capabilities.
• Acting as a key link between HCC and the business, the role helps strengthen compliance effectiveness while enabling sustainable business growth.
