Job Summary

  • Process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Provide administrative support for the end-to-end processes of international employee mobility, including contractual part, immigration, relocation, and tax assistance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems related to mobility assignments and comply with data integrity, security, quality and privacy policies.
