Job Summary
Process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provide administrative support for the end-to-end processes of international employee mobility, including contractual part, immigration, relocation, and tax assistance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems related to mobility assignments and comply with data integrity, security, quality and privacy policies.

Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
1-2 years experience in data management and reporting
Experience in a shared service center environment
Prior experience in International Mobility preferable
