Must-have
Ability to use fabric saws and laser cutters
Experience with pattern markers and bundles
Knowledge of raw material inventory control
Flexibility to switch tasks as priorities change
Attention to detail in cutting and labeling
Nice-to-have
Experience with Netsuite and Centric software
Familiarity with Lightburn or OptiTex tools
Willingness to assist on sewing floor when needed
Trainability for forklift and pallet jack operation
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with equivalent experience
Proficiency with power tools and safety regulations
