Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class workplace experience that supports employee productivity, collaboration, culture, and business growth.
  • The Senior Manager acts as a cultural ambassador, brings a hospitality-forward mindset, and partners closely with Regional Workplace leadership, Real Estate, People teams, IT, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Co-Lead and develop a high-performing Workplace Services team, including both managers and individual contributors, by setting clear goals, expectations, and operating standards aligned with global Workplace Services strategy.
