Employees must use authorized abbreviations when recording information and report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring their personal care needs are met.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Administer treatments per care plan
Record vital signs and intake/output
Assist with bathing and dressing residents
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift meetings for improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
