Key Requirements
Technical or Engineering degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Industrial or related
3-5 years of experience in foundry processes
At least 2 years in supervision or operational leadership roles
Solid knowledge of foundry operations, metallurgical quality control, and safety/environmental regulations
Proven leadership skills, ability to impose discipline, make decisions under pressure, and communicate effectively
