Job Summary
As a member of the market leadership team, the Market CNO is accountable for the market performance related to quality and safety initiatives, workforce planning and retention initiatives, high reliability structures and processes to improve outcomes and reduce clinical variation.
Responsible for regulatory requirements (e.g.: DNV ISO, DNV NIAHO, Conditions of Participations, etc.), transformation and process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, Lean Daily Management, etc.), and hospital(s) nursing/clinical operational performance (e.g.: planning, expense management, productivity, etc.).
