The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected unauthorized disclosures or incidents.
The role requires cooperation with nursing personnel to identify and correct problem areas and improve services while ensuring residents’ personal care needs are met.
