  • Manage and mentor a team of experienced recruiters and leaders across early careers and corporate hiring, fostering a culture of high performance, empowerment, and transformative ownership.
  • Use data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and optimize the recruitment funnel, while overseeing the full lifecycle of candidate development from innovative sourcing to complex offer negotiations.

  • At least 4 years of experience in high-touch stakeholder management
  • At least 2 years of direct people leadership
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in International Recruiting
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • 5+ years of experience in People Management
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging data analytics
