Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Maintain HVAC systems including AHUs and chillers
Operate and troubleshoot Building Automated Systems
Perform preventive maintenance tasks
Manage subcontracted work and ensure safety compliance
Use building prints and schematics for troubleshooting
Operate hand tools and machinery for building operations
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of building security systems
Electrical system working knowledge

Key Requirements
Two year technical degree
5 years facility maintenance experience
Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification
Valid driver’s license
Working knowledge of Building Automated System, preferably Metasys
Ability to maintain HVAC systems including chillers and cooling towers
