Job Summary

  • Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the existing strategic plan to build and grow a Large Scale Machine (LFM) manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure a zero-incident culture by implementing safety protocols, regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, etc.), and environmental compliance.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering personnel to build a high-performing, accountable culture.
