Deliver, validate, and continuously improve onboarding and skills training programs supporting the 787 Supply Chain Fulfillment team.
Execute classroom and hands-on training across warehousing, factory & field support, tool room, and hazardous materials value streams.
Partner with Instructional Designers and SMEs to collect field feedback, validate transfer of learning, and drive curriculum improvements aligned to Boeing safety and production standards.
