Key Requirements

  • Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
  • Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6 and Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
  • Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
  • Ability to think in systems
  • Solid communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
