Lead the end‑to‑end resolution of complex, sensitive, and high‑risk internal disputes in Hong Kong, ensuring outcomes that are timely, fair, and fully compliant with legal and company standards.
Deliver training and coaching to HR business partners and managers to strengthen proactive conflict management and early intervention capabilities.
