Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with the Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), HR Centers of Excellence (COE), and business leadership to provide human resources support across Blackstone Private Equity Strategies (BPES) as well as serve as the HRBP for the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.
  • The incumbent will work as a hands-on generalist, strategic partner, and a trusted advisor to the business at all levels, providing support for recruiting needs, talent and performance management, learning and development, onboarding, compensation, D&I, and employee relations.

Base: $190,000 - $275,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonuses, potential equity; Benefits: comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, 401(k)
