Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program
Minimum 500 hours theory & practicum (Ontario & Alberta)
Experience working with seniors
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
