10+ years Program and Project Management experience
8+ years leading complex new product development programs
Medical device industry experience with FDA regulations
Experience in high-performing cross-functional matrixed organizations
Expertise in GPDS and Quality System requirements
Nice-to-have
MBA or advanced business management degree preferred
PMP certification or formal project management training
Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills

Key Requirements
