Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will bring a hands-on leadership style, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes through a team while partnering effectively across the enterprise.
  • You will manage EMEA retirement plans, health and welfare benefit programs, wellness and work/life programs, and lead the benefits operations team to ensure consistent delivery across multiple countries.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years overall experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in EMEA benefit programs
  • Experience managing benefits or HR operations team
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Minimum three days per week office presence
