Job Summary
You will play a crucial role in selecting, designing integrations and facilitating the implementation of systems supporting Financial, HR and Legal business areas.
Develop and maintain, in partnership with the Enterprise Architecture team, a strategic IT roadmap for insurance systems that aligns with the organization’s business objectives.

$200,000 — $220,000 USD

Must-have
Strategic IT roadmap for insurance systems
Evaluate and design insurance solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors
Technical leadership to development teams
Expertise in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, DevOps, microservices
Familiarity with EA and ITIL frameworks
Nice-to-have
Experience with Workday Financials and PRISM
Understanding of emerging technologies
Strong analytical skills
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in architecture or product management in P&C (re)insurance
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with Workday Financials and UKG is advantageous
