You'll manage large-scale, security-sensitive valuation portfolios for government clients while serving as the operational backbone for our Public Sector Valuations team nationally.

Must-have
Manage end-to-end delivery of valuation portfolios
Coordinate tender submissions and quotations
Assign valuers and specialists to projects
Oversee subcontractor engagement and cost controls
Maintain WIP reports and SharePoint infrastructure
Support P&L management and financial reporting
Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement

Key Requirements
Proven experience in project management, coordination, or senior administrative roles
Strong project management capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
