Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, or suspected abuse immediately to supervisors.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a calm and supportive environment.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety protocols

Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
