Employees must report all changes in the residents' condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining hygiene while ensuring their safety and comfort.
