Job Summary

• The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest and providing outstanding guest service experiences.
• Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty.
• Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.

• At least 6 months retail management experience
• At least 2 years retail sales/guest service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
