The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Follow established policies on blood exposure
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations
Knowledge of CPR preferred but not explicitly mandatory
