Sun Life is seeking a Senior Specialist in Vendor Relationship Management to oversee key vendor relationships within its Global Procurement & Payment function. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT vendor management, risk compliance, and contract management, with a strong emphasis on building collaborative relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders

Job Summary

  • This role is to manage IT categories’ key vendors across Sun Life while supporting the expansion of team’s capacity and capabilities to cover key vendors in other categories.
  • You will monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of vendors against contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including legal, ORO, and finance.
