The Warehouse Officer is responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and maintaining all purchased plant items, managing shipments, and making entries into maintenance records.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting audits, receiving and inspecting shipments, storing spare parts according to standards, and dispatching orders.
The role requires collaboration with relevant parties to develop risk assessment plans and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and social management systems (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, ESMS).
