The Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement / Altium Performance System (APS) plays a critical leadership role in advancing operational excellence across the manufacturing network.
This role acts as a strategic partner to Regional Vice Presidents, Plant Managers, and Operations leaders, ensuring APS becomes the way the business operates by driving loss elimination, capability building, and disciplined daily management routines.

Ability to develop teams and build CI capability
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
