Job Summary
Provide on-site technical support for computer equipment and associated devices, ensuring the correct operation of IT services through incident resolution, equipment maintenance, and request management.
Configure, install, and support on-site computer equipment (PCs, laptops, and peripherals), diagnose and resolve printer incidents including warranty management, and manage tickets and incidents through ServiceNow.
Offer functional and technical advice on internal systems and productivity tools, manage password and access resets, and provide basic support for Zebra thermal printers.
