Job Summary

  • The Renewals Programs Senior Manager will structure, lead, deliver, and analyze sales programs in support of the Customer Success Group’s Renewals Organization, focused on delivering revenue for Premier & Signature products.
  • Responsibilities include program creation, prioritization, execution, partner management, performance reviews, organizational change, and assessing program success using data analysis and Salesforce reporting.
  • This role requires partnering with Renewals Leaders and OU Sales Programs Managers to drive pipeline and ACV, identify strategic focus areas, and communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
