The Regulatory Affairs & Enforcement Administrator serves as the senior administrator responsible for statewide coordination of regulatory enforcement, administrative hearing oversight, legislative and regulatory affairs, and compliance initiatives under the Nebraska Liquor Control Act.
The position coordinates activities with Assistant Attorneys General assigned to the Commission, Nebraska State Patrol investigators, and local law enforcement agencies statewide to ensure consistent interpretation and application of regulatory statutes and Commission policies.
