Roles &Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM applications (SAIL, Process Models, CDTs, Records, Sites). Build responsive and user-friendly SAIL interfaces. Develop and optimize Appian process flows, data models, and integrations. Implement integrations using Web APIs, REST/SOAP and database connectors. Collaborate with BAs, QA, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Analyze requirements, estimate effort, and contribute to sprint planning. Troubleshoot issues and support production deployments. Ensure adherence to security, performance, andAppian design standards. Must-HaveSkills 5+ years hands-on experience in Appian BPM development. Strong expertise in: Appian SAIL Process Model Design CDTs & Data Stores Appian Records Appian Sites Appian Reports Appian Web APIs Experience working on REST/SOAP integrations. Strong SQL knowledge and RDBMS experience. Experience on Appian versions 21.x or above. Solid understanding of Appian best practices, performance tuning, and deployment processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good-to-HaveSkills Appian Level 1 or Level 2 Certification. Experience with Appian RPA or Process Mining. Knowledge of Java for custom plug-in development. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins). Cloud knowledge (AWS / Azure / GCP). Experience with Appian Administration activities.
