Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides while assisting nursing staff with training and participating in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning.
Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with PT Board State Practice Act and third party payer requirements, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory adherence.
