Must-have

  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations
  • HTSUS tariff classification expertise
  • Customs Trade Partnership against Terrorism (CTPAT)
  • Import entry management and reconciliations
  • Internal audit and assessment leadership

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SAP GTS global trade management
  • Background in semiconductor industry manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Duty Drawback and FTZ programs
  • Strategic guidance for supply chain digitization
  • Mentoring and training internal teams

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in import compliance or trade compliance
  • Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree plus 12 years experience or Master's plus 8 years
  • Strong knowledge of HTSUS and CBP valuation rules
