The Operations Manager leads the team and drives goals that directly impact customer satisfaction, store profitability, and Academy’s Purpose.
This role includes overall management responsibility for the execution and operational excellence of the entire store and supervision of multiple store operations departments.
The position requires active participation in personnel decisions, compliance with federal and state laws including firearms sales, and completion of required certifications and training.
