Job Summary

  • The Senior Business Analyst will be part of a team of accounting professionals providing financial and statistical/utilization information, analysis and strategic problem solving to departments/programs throughout the hospital.
  • Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders for timely reporting, performing financial and statistical data analysis, assisting with process re-engineering, and developing customized reports and presentations.
  • The role requires a university degree in accounting, economics, or business administration, a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA), and a minimum of 5 years of financial/clinical analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in accounting, economics, business administration or equivalent
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)

  • Knowledge of Health System Funding Reform (HSFR)
  • Experience of Ministry of Health reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS Excel
