You will participate in transformation initiatives to automate operations and optimize maintenance and routine tasks while driving continuous improvement by exploring and implementing cutting-edge endpoint, printer, and mobile device technologies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Workplace Technology and Desktop infrastructure management
Microsoft infrastructure including M365 Office Platform
End user support for C-suite level
RPA, automation scripting, and Power BI reporting
Incident management and root cause analysis
Endpoint risk and security controls management
Nice-to-have
Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Strong technical and analytical competencies
Experience-centric communication skills
Collaboration with regional and service desk teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Minimum 10 years relevant experience
Relevant Microsoft Certifications, Network, or Security preferred
