Must-have
Visual dimensional and functional inspections
GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
Measurement tools like calipers and SmartScope
NCR process initiation and segregation
Good Documentation Practices (GDP) adherence
Nice-to-have
Leadership abilities in absence of supervisor
Training personnel in inspection techniques
Continuous improvement and problem solving
Strong organizational and communication skills
Supporting process audits and feedback
Key Requirements
3-4 years Quality Inspector experience or 5 years related
Understanding of GD&T and ISO9001/ISO13485
High school graduate or Associate's degree preferred
Experience with Oracle Quality modules and CMM programming
