Lead roles require all relevant people management activities to be carrying out e.g. Supporting the team to achieve goals and objective that management have set, coaching on performance management, work allocation planning.
Responsible for safety & health matters and safe operation of equipment in workshop, housekeeping & 5S.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experiences
Diploma or higher diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
Working experience in advanced and prototype engineering
Experience with 3D CAD/CAM modelling
Interpreting mechanical drawings
Using engineering measurement techniques
Higher-level user of AM & RP 3D Printing Systems and Operations
