The role focuses on providing strength in Digital Workplace and Identity management to support global initiatives across 90 countries.
The architect will act as a bridge between Solution Architecture, Platform Architecture, IT Delivery, and IT Operations while designing secure, scalable systems.
Key responsibilities include leveraging AI for identity verification, implementing Zero Trust principles, and producing high-quality HLA and HLD documentation.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation

Microsoft Azure AD and Okta expertise
Digital workplace tool evaluation and selection
High-Level Architecture (HLA) documentation
API-led architecture with microservices
Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Nice-to-have
AI and machine learning integration experience
Behavioral analytics for access patterns
Strong communication with C-suite globally
Experience with ServiceNow workflow automation
Knowledge of Jamstack and headless architecture
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
Key Requirements
Proficiency in IAM tools like Okta and Azure AD
Experience with PAM solutions such as Delinea or SailPoint
Deep understanding of Active Directory and LDAP integration
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Teams Voice services
Ability to design directory schema and manage Role Based Access
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for custom solutions
Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST compliance standards
