Job Summary

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned facilities, ensuring services such as janitorial, engineering, life-safety, and site services are delivered in line with Cushman & Wakefield policies and client requirements.
• The role supports contract management, budgeting, compliance, vendor coordination, and reporting, while proactively maintaining facility standards, safety, and operational efficiency under the direction of the Facility Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) recommended
