Job Summary

• You will serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on expert for Workday reporting and analytics, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HRIS, and IT to elevate how data is accessed, interpreted, and used.
• This role is not a back-office reporting role; you will directly influence how leaders and HR teams access and trust their data, the organization’s ability to scale self-service and automation, and the effectiveness of Workday as a strategic platform.
