As Manager of Project Controls – Estimating, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of project controls professionals while serving as the technical authority for capital project cost estimating, budgeting, and cost control across utility substation, transmission, distribution, and generation construction projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Eight or more years in estimating or project controls management
Minimum four years leadership experience
Experience with Trimble WinEst or Hard Dollar
Knowledge of PeopleSoft, PowerPlan, Maximo
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to drive and travel within service territory
