Key Requirements
Experience using Evolution MX System
Experience preparing monthly valuations and final accounts
Membership of RICS / CIOB (preferred)
Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Experience as Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
Competent IT software user including MS Office
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
High level organisational and time management skills
