  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or business
  • WABO certification or equivalent
  • Stainless steel finishing experience preferred
  • Experience with capacity planning ERP systems
  • Commitment to continual process improvement
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Key Requirements

  • Associates or 2-year technical degree highly preferred
