Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, and perform professional nursing services including catheterization, tube feedings, and wound care.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and equipment and supply management to ensure quality resident care.
