Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Five or more years of related experience
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer
  • Demonstrated experience with leading and influencing others
  • Familiarity with codes and standards (IBC, IECC, ASCE, ADM)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; knowledge of Lean processes required
