Job Summary
Serves as the organizational control tower for processes and tools, ensuring workflows are streamlined, documented, and aligned across Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, Business Development, and R&D organizations to drive clarity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
