Job Summary
The role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with members to help them identify goals, become better leaders, and solve work problems.
All coaches must participate in an immersive, ICF-certified training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology before working with members.
This is a fully remote contract position requiring a minimum of 12 hours per month for at least 24 months.
