The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plans.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and preparing for medical tests while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
Employees are expected to create and maintain a warm, personal, and calm atmosphere throughout the unit and cooperate with nursing and other facility personnel to improve services.
