Job Summary

• In this position, you’ll support daily operations by providing WMS user assistance, coordinating administrative workflows, maintaining training documentation, and serving as the primary liaison between Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and the customer for WMS‑related needs.
• Responsibilities include serving as the onsite WMS support liaison, troubleshooting WMS issues and hardware problems, partnering with customer IT to resolve system errors, and developing/interpreting WMS reports.
